The Awards of the Association will be administered by the Board of Directors with advice and collaboration from Committee Chairpersons. The goal for the management of Awards is to ensure a fair and equitable process for all Members of the Association.

The Alberta Athletic Therapists’ Association (AATA) is a registered not-for-profit organization in Alberta, operating under the Societies Act (Registration No. [Insert Number]). The association is authorized and regulated by the Alberta Ministry of Health and complies with all applicable provincial laws and regulations governing professional associations. All services and resources provided by AATA align with provincial standards to support Athletic Therapists and their clients effectively and ethically.

The Alberta Athletic Therapists’ Association (AATA) acknowledges that we operate on the traditional territories of many Indigenous Nations and Peoples. We honor and recognize the Treaty 6, 7, and 8 territories, as well as the Métis Nation of Alberta, whose histories, languages, and cultures continue to enrich our communities.
