What inspired you to become an Athletic Therapist?
Ive always wanted to be around sports and help others reach the highest level they can; but didn�t know how until I had an athletic injury class in my undergrad. Then I realised that there is more than physios out there and how much more fun this is
What is the one piece of advice you wish every client knew?
Rehab is more of a staircase than a continuous uphill
What do people find most surprising about AT?
That it�s an actual career!
Describe your proudest moment or greatest success as an AT
Anytime you see a previously injured player return to play, make it to the next level, turning pro or just becoming a better person
Share a little known fun fact about yourself
I constantly laugh at athletes when they complain that they are sore; I�m always probably more sore than them as I am training for an Ironman
