What inspired you to become an Athletic Therapist?
I've always played sports growing up and loved being in the environment.I knew I probably couldn't play sports all my life, but I still wanted to be involved in the sporting community. I suffered many injuries in my sporting career and know how important rehabilitation is through, school and own experience.
What is the one piece of advice you wish every client knew?
Rehabilitation takes time and you need to put the work in to see the results.
What do people find most surprising about AT?
How knowledgeable they are about the human body and injuries.
